About Alina.

My name is Alina Miropolsky, and I am a Decision-Making Coach with a focus on Personal and Spiritual Growth. I help people navigate important choices in immigration, education and career, spirituality, relationships, and other areas of life. For more than 15 years, I’ve been guiding clients toward greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
I hold a B.A. in Behavioral Science, Manpower Management, and Communication from Ben-Gurion University, as well as a certification in personal and family finance counseling from the Open University of Israel. I have also completed courses and master classes in personal growth, spiritual development, and coaching. This strong foundation, combined with years of practice, allows me to understand not only how decisions are made but also how emotions, values, and personal circumstances shape them.
Over the years, I have supported clients as an Education Consultant in Israel and later as a Career Coach in nonprofit and government programs in the United States. Working with people from many cultures, faiths, and backgrounds enriched my expertise and strengthened my adaptability. It also gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to change direction and start fresh.
Like my clients, I have faced life-changing decisions—international moves, career transitions, and personal adjustments. These experiences gave me firsthand knowledge of what it feels like to stand at a crossroads, face uncertainty, and find the resilience to move forward. This is why I understand the challenges my clients face—I’ve lived them, and I know how to help.
Today, I use a holistic approach that combines proven coaching tools with spiritual elements such as meditations, affirmations, and intuitive practices when they feel right.

I see coaching as a collaborative process—a supportive space where you can find clarity, connect with your values, and make decisions that
reflect who you truly are.
Every journey begins with a single choice, and you don’t have to make it alone. Together, we can create clarity, confidence, and a path forward that feels true to you.

My Practice in Israel
In 2010, I founded my first Spiritual and Coaching practice in Israel, Tmihat-ha-Or (“Support of the Light”). Alongside meditative practices, positive psychology, and coaching techniques, I also created and taught a course called The Universal Key to Tarot. While not the central part of my practice, it has a special place in my heart. It reflected my early interest in spiritual growth and intuitive tools—an influence that still enriches the creativity I bring to my work today.
Relocations experience
I was born in Eastern Ukraine, and at the age of 14 my family moved to Israel, settling in Beer-Sheva. After completing my B.A. degree, I lived and worked in Central Israel. In 2018, my husband and I moved to the United States. We first lived on the West Coast, later made a cross-country relocation to the East Coast, and eventually adjusted our home again on the East Coast, shaped by shifts in society, lifestyle preferences, and family needs.
These experiences gave me more than theory ever could: firsthand knowledge of uncertainty, resilience, and the personal growth that comes from stepping into the unknown. They also gave me valuable insight into the challenges of relocation and immigration—knowledge I now bring into my coaching to help others facing similar transitions.
My journey has taken me through many chapters and places. I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Israel, and later moved to the United States. Living and working in different environments has given me a broad perspective on people, cultures, and life itself, helping me connect with clients from all backgrounds with openness and understanding. I worked as an educational consultant at ORT Israel College, guiding students through academic and career decisions, and later continued in nonprofit and government roles as a career coach, supporting people of different cultures, faiths, ages, and educational levels. These experiences deepened my respect for people’s unique stories and my appreciation of the strength it takes to create change.
In 2010, I founded my first coaching practice in Israel, Tmihat-ha-Or (“Support of the Light”). After relocating to the U.S., I paused, then reopened and expanded my practice. Along the way, I’ve faced many life-changing decisions of my own, including international moves, a cross-country relocation from the West Coast to the East Coast, and later adjusting to new places of living shaped by shifts in society, lifestyle preferences, nature, and family needs. These experiences gave me both professional expertise and a personal understanding of the fears, courage, and growth that come with major change.
Practicing a holistic approach, I help clients navigate life transitions, career shifts, and personal growth. My work relies on proven coaching techniques for decision-making, and when appropriate, I also integrate spiritual elements such as meditations, affirmations, intuitive practices, and occasionally oracle or tarot cards. Nearly two decades ago, I developed and taught “The Universal Key to Tarot” course, reflecting my long-standing interest in spiritual growth and intuitive tools. While not the central part of my practice, this perspective enriches the depth and creativity I bring to supporting clients.
I see coaching as a collaborative and inspiring partnership—a space where you can find clarity, connect with your values, and make decisions that align with who you truly are. My role is to offer structure, guidance, and compassionate accountability while walking beside you on your journey.
I would be honored to support you as you take your next steps toward clarity, confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
