Yes, there are both of those options: to pay for a single meeting and to create a customized program for your unique circumstances. But, please, keep in mind that in most of cases single meeting, especially 60 minutes standard one, wouldn’t be enough to analyze and clarify the situation fully to figure out goals and create a plan of actions. Please check our page About all coaching programs to learn about options we offer.

Iindividually created programs will cost slightly more then existing ones.  The reason for that is that customized program requires from your coach many hours, studying additional materials and other preparations behind the scenes from meeting to meeting.  That is why not many coaches offer customized programs or options to pay per meeting.

Cancellation policy 

Please email us at  Alina.Miropolsky@gmail.com at least 24-hours in advance (or before 5pm day before your coaching session) if you need to reschedule your coaching session for any reason. If you cancel on the same day as your lesson, you will be charged for the full session price (or 100 USD in case you are taking a coaching program).

Coming Late 

If you are coming 5-10 minutes late you won’t be charged any extra fees and your coaching session time will not be reduced.

If you are coming 11-20 minutes later this time will be reduced from your coaching session time. Please come in time.

If you are coming late more then 20 minutes from you scheduled appointment time we recognize it as a canceled appointment and you’ll be charged charged for the full session price (or 100 USD in case you are taking a coaching program).

Coaching is a co-creative process that requires commitment  and engagement. Be prepared that not all topics will be easy to discuss,and  there will be a lot of  homework that should be done, but if you want to bring a positive change in your life , don’t wait for a perfect moment and don’t wait that old ways will open new doors. Only you decide when you are willing to make a step for change and growth. When you decide your coach will be there for you.

It’s a great gift to pay for your friend or family member coaching program, but you need to be sure that they are interested to go through the coaching program and you are not pushing them to do something they are not ready yet. It’s important because coaching requires commitment and motivation to work and to achieve results.

No, Coaching is not psychotherapy or therapy in general. A coach is not a counselor.  Coaching is not about releasing negative emotions, memories, and getting relief after the sessions. A coach is not someone who will just sit with you, meeting after meeting and listen to your complaints about your past, problems, and emotions, just to help you to take things out and to feel more calm and relaxed after that. A coach can recommend you laming and relaxation techniques during your coaching program, but it will be not the main goal of the program

No, Coach is not a Therapist, Lawyer, Broker or Mentor that comes to show you how exactly he\she has already achieved the same goals that you want to achieve. Be aware that a coach is not always coming from your field of work, culture, or similar life situation. Coaching is not about sharing experience, providing logistic solutions or technical information on how to do something specific.

Coaches are not therapists, lawyers, accountants or doctors if they don’t mention otherwise.

Missing course lessons

It’s very important to participate in all lessons\lectures of your course. Missing a lesson can, and probably will lead to difficulties in understanding of following lessons/lectures of the course. It’s the student’s responsibility to be present in all lessons of the course. In case you missed one of the lessons/ lectures and we have a parallel course to complete missing material we’ll (The Person of Spirit LLC) invite you to participate at that lecture on day and time of parallel-group (group learning the same course as you, at the same period of time, but having another schedule of lectures) will have the lesson you need to attend. In this case, no additional fee will be charged.

• Be aware that maybe there will be no place to sit on the same table with the group and we’ll find you an alternative place in the classroom where you can sit during the lesson.
• Be aware that we cannot guarantee that there will be parallel group learning the same course and having the same lesson at the week when you need to complete it. If there will be no group to join to it’s your responsibility to complete missing material by taking a private lesson from Alina Miropolsky or other “The Person of Spirit LLC” teacher\lecture that can provide you all needed information that you missed.

Any course, seminar or master-class must be fully prepared before the class starts.  If you don’t pay for your participation you will not be allowed to attend the classes.

Please wait for confirmation letter from us to be sure that we got your e-mail and if it’s not happening for 24 hours please send SMS to +4252156045 number for confirmation.

Seminars and Master-classes cancelation

If you cancel your participation in any of “The Person of Spirit LLC” seminar\master-class more  11 days or more before the seminar\master-class date you’ll get a full 100% refound.

If you cancel your participation in any of “The Person of Spirit LLC” seminars or master-classes 10 days before the Seminars you’ll get 90% of the price back. The 10% will be held for our expanses and management of your application and cancelation processes.

Any seminar or master-class cancelation made less than 10 days before the seminar date will be nonrefundable.

Courses cancelation

If you cancel your participation in any of “The Person of Spirit LLC” courses 14 days before the course starts you’ll get 95% of the price back. The 5% will be held for our expanses and management of your application and cancelation processes.

If you cancel 7 days before the course starts 80% of the course price will be refunded to you.

If you cancel less than 7 days or when the course started, but you learned less than 50% of the course – 50% of the price will be refunded to you.

If you learned more than half of the course or didn’t inform us that you are canceling your participation in the course no refund will be available to you at any time.
