Find Clarity, Confidence, and Direction in Your Career
Career decisions are some of the most important choices we make in life. Whether you are just starting out, considering a new direction, or navigating a major transition, the process can feel overwhelming. As part of my work as a Decision-Making Coach, I offer Career Coaching to help you find clarity, build confidence, and take practical steps toward a career path that truly fits who you are.
This is not a service designed only for executives or senior managers—it is for professionals, students, and career changers looking for direction, who want support in building a meaningful and sustainable path forward.
How Career Coaching Can Help
Career Coaching is especially valuable if you are:
- Exploring what career path, education, or training best suits your strengths and interests
- Looking to change your profession or transition to a new role
- Preparing for job applications, resumes, or interviews and want to feel more confident
- Seeking a healthy balance between your career, personal life, and long-term goals
- Adjusting to a new environment after relocation or immigration and facing cultural or language challenges
- Struggling with self-esteem or doubts that affect your professional growth
What to Expect in Sessions
As your Career Coach, I create a supportive and structured space where we can:
- Clarify your priorities, values, and unique skills
- Explore professional and educational options that align with your goals
- Build strong resumes and cover letters that highlight your strengths
- Prepare for interviews with high-quality mock (pilot) sessions that include feedback and practice
- Strengthen self-confidence and assertiveness, so you can present yourself authentically and with ease
- Learn how to create a welcoming and calm energy in interviews—showing up as someone who gives positive energy rather than draining it
- Develop step-by-step strategies for achieving your career goals
I work with professionals, students, and career changers who are ready to take the next step—whether you are just starting out, seeking a new direction, or rebuilding your path after a transition. You don’t have to wait for the “perfect moment”—you can begin this journey today and start creating the clarity, confidence, and momentum you need for your career and life.
My Experience
With more than 15 years of coaching and consulting experience, I have worked in both nonprofit and government roles in the United States, including as a Career Counselor at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) and a Career Coach at JVS Boston. In these roles, I supported individuals from different cultures, faiths, ages, and educational levels. My work included career exploration, self-esteem coaching, vocational and educational decision-making, resume development, and interview preparation.
These experiences, combined with my background in Behavioral Science and Communication, give me both the practical tools and the personal understanding to guide clients through their career journeys with clarity and confidence.
Career Coaching: An Essential Dimension of Decision-Making Work
Every career decision is, at its heart, a decision-making process. That’s why Career Coaching is an essential dimension of my work as a Decision-Making Coach. My role is to help you explore your options, connect with your goals and values, and make choices that feel both practical and true to who you are. Career Coaching is one of the most meaningful areas where decision-making skills directly shape lives.
