What is coaching and how it can benefit you?
Coaching is a creative and collaborative process between a coach and a client. A coach does not provide all the answers and does not tell clients what is right and what is wrong, but guides clients to understanding of their needs, values and motives, and finding their own answers. Coaching helps you to find your own truth and direction. Good coach believes that every person has his/her unique goals and ways of achieving them.
Practically each and every professional coach has his/her own field of interest and specialization.

Decision Making Coaching -is recommended when you need to make some important decisions regarding purchasing a house, choosing a professional field, or coming to an understanding about what type of a person you need in your life for romantic or professional relationships.

When coaching is not recommended?
- Coaching is not recommended in cases of any kind of mental illness. If you have any mental disorder, consult your doctor and psychiatrist.
- Coaching is not always recommended if you have severe memory disorders. Please contact your doctor before starting coaching sessions.
